The 3 stages of Piled Foundation
01.
Piles are driven
Following excavation, we drive steel pile casings into the ground guided by a layout drawing, until they achieve the load capacity required by the structural engineer.

02.
Ground beam is installed
Once the pile casings are in place, we cut them to the correct height and overlay pre-fabricated steel cages. We then drop steel bars into the pile casings and connect them to the cages for maximum strength. Once the assembly is complete, it is inspected and passed by a building control officer before the concrete is laid.

03.
Concrete is poured and levelled
We pour concrete into the trench, filling the pile casings and covering the cages. This completes your piled foundation. We ensure the concrete is level and hand the project back to the contractor to commence building work.
